Position: Civil Engineer

Key Accountabilities:

1. Project Planning and Design:
   • Contribute to the planning and design phase of construction projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
   • Collaborate with architects, designers, and other engineers to create comprehensive project plans.
2. Structural Analysis:
   • Conduct structural analysis and assessments to determine the feasibility and integrity of proposed structures.
   • Provide solutions to optimize structural performance and address potential challenges.
3. Construction Supervision:
   • Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering designs, safety protocols, and quality standards.
   • Collaborate with project managers and on-site teams to resolve issues and ensure project timelines are met.
4. Budget and Resource Management:
   • Assist in project budgeting and resource allocation, monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
   • Optimize resource utilization and propose cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Stay informed about local building codes, regulations, and industry trends.
   • Ensure that projects adhere to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Salary:

AED3,500 a month plus overtime and incentives.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
   • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
2. Experience:
   • Proven experience in civil engineering projects, with a focus on planning, design, and construction supervision.
   • Familiarity with project management principles.
3. Technical Proficiency:
   • Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
   • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other design software.
4. Communication Skills:
