Key Responsibilities:
- Safe Transportation:
- Safely operate company vehicles, ensuring the secure transport of goods, passengers, or materials.
- Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a high level of safety.
- Route Planning:
- Plan and optimize driving routes to ensure timely arrivals and fuel efficiency.
- Familiarize yourself with delivery locations and be proactive in addressing potential challenges.
- Vehicle Maintenance:
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly to the appropriate department.
- Customer Service:
- Interact professionally with customers, clients, or passengers as the face of the company during transportation.
- Assist and maintain a friendly demeanor to enhance the customer experience.
- Documentation:
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any happenings during transportation.
- Complete delivery or trip documentation as required by the company.
Qualifications:
- Driver’s License:
- Possess a valid driver’s license for the relevant vehicle type (e.g., commercial, passenger, freight).
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Familiarity with local and regional routes.
- Safety Conscious:
- Prioritize safety in all aspects of driving and transportation.
- Knowledge of defensive driving techniques.
- Communication Skills:
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and other road users.
- Ability to follow directions and provide clear updates on delivery progress.

Aed 3000 plus
