Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Operation:
   • Operate and maneuver shovels and other heavy equipment with precision and safety.
   • Execute various digging and loading tasks according to project specifications.
2. Site Preparation:
   • Prepare work sites by clearing debris, rocks, and other obstacles using the shovel.
   • Assist in grading, leveling, and shaping terrain as required.
3. Material Handling:
   • Load and unload materials, such as soil, gravel, and rocks, with accuracy and efficiency.
   • Transport materials within the site as needed.
4. Safety Compliance:
   • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during equipment operation.
   • Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues promptly.
5. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the project team to ensure seamless coordination and completion of tasks.
   • Communicate effectively with other operators and team members on-site.

Salary:

AED 2,000 plus overtime and incentives

RSP 2, Plot 2042-0, Nad Al Hamar, Dubai

Qualifications:

1. Proven Experience:
   • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Shovel Operator.
   • Should have UAE HTV License.
2. Certifications:
   • Possession of relevant certifications for shovel operation.
   • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
3. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of shovels and other heavy equipment.
   • Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
4. Physical Fitness:
   • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks associated with shovel operation.
   • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
