Key Responsibilities:

1. Surface Preparation:
   • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks to ensure a smooth and even base for paint application.
   • Protect surrounding areas and furniture from paint splatter and damage.
2. Paint Application:
   • Apply paint to various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and exteriors, using different techniques such as brushing, rolling, and spraying.
   • Ensure accurate color matching and consistency throughout the project.
3. Finish and Detailing:
   • Pay meticulous attention to detail when creating intricate patterns, textures, or decorative finishes.
   • Use precision techniques to achieve clean lines and flawless finishes.
4. Material Selection:
   • Select and recommend appropriate paint, finishes, and coatings for different surfaces and environments.
   • Stay informed about industry trends and new paint products.
5. Safety Compliance:
   • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
